Two years ago, a small group of volunteers came together to apply for funding for a series of workshops. Their application was successful, which is why three “Encouragement Workshops” were held last year under the guidance of our education coordinator.
Over the course of three weekends, eleven young adults explored the questions
“Who am I, and what about that is political?”,
“How does the world I live in work, and what do I think of it?” and
“How can I get involved and inspire others to join me?”
and used the knowledge they gained to develop a concept for an 8-day retreat for young people aged 16–26.
The volunteer team is currently working on implementing the concept on their own and can already reveal this much:
During the fall break, the ESR will offer a workshop on consumer criticism in the Teutoburg Forest!
Registration is now open.
If you’re over 26 and still want to join us, there’s still room on the team!
